NCSOFT and Carbine Studios have announced that the upcoming action-adventure, sci-fi MMO Wildstar, will be entering open beta.
Wildstar will be accessible to all for the next 10 days, from Friday, May 9 at 12:01 a.m. AEST to Monday, May 19 at 4:59 p.m. AEDT. If you’re interested in checking it out, head over to the signup page for details on how to register and gain access.
There’s a whole host of festivities planned to go along with the open beta launch too, including a 6 hour developer livestream over on the Wildstar Twitch channel. The developers will be showing off a whole host of content, including a sneak-peek at the first post-launch content drop, and treating the stream as a giant ‘Ask Me Anything’, accepting questions from the community across all social platforms.
The relevant times you’ll need to know are as follows:
- Open Beta: Friday, May 9 at 12:01 a.m. AEST to Monday, May 19 at 4:59 p.m. AEST (24/7)
- Developer Livestream #1: Saturday, May 10 at 4:00 a.m. AEST
- Developer Livestream #2: Sunday, May 11 at 4:00 a.m. AEST
Wildstar officially launches worldwide on June 3, 2014.
