Dirty Bomb’s Containment War Update Drops This Week with Free Merc

The hugely anticipated Containment War update for Dirty Bomb, the free-to-play shooter from Splash Damage will be hitting this week.

The big update will add new maps and after months of testing, the Execution Mode which is similar to Counter-Strike’s bomb defusal mode. A new mercenary will also be added name Stoker whom is a support style merc that drops ammo.

Dirty Bomb players will also get rewarded after the launch of the update with the addition of Pheonix to their Merc roster for free. If you alread have Pheonix, you’ll get a limited edition Obsidian card and two Elite cases. Players must log in to the game within a week of the launch to claim the freebie.
