HyperX first ever mechanical keyboard, the Alloy FPS launches today

HyperX, the gaming brand for Kingston has launched the Alloy FPS – the first ever mechanical keyboard for the brand.

This compact mechanical keyboard has been designed for the competitive gamer in mind with a smaller form-factor than mainstream mechanical keyboards and is portable with a detachable USB cable and travel pouch.

“After much researching and testing, we’ve developed a mechanical keyboard from the ground up to withstand the most intense gameplay while saving space that is vital for FPS gamers. With its solid steel frame, this Cherry MX Blue switch featured keyboard can take the stress of millions of key presses and more,” said Ann Bai, Sales Director, APAC Region, HyperX.

We’re currently putting the HyperX Alloy FPS mechanical keyboard through our tests, so keep an eye out for our review sometime this week.

You can pick up the HyperX Alloy FPS now for $169 AU RRP (market price has been around $159 – here) It’s currently only available with Cherry MX Blue switches at the moment.
