Microsoft has announced a handful of new accessories for the Xbox One and PC that will be available later this year.

Two new controller designs have been announced, as well as an Xbox Stereo Headset, and an updated black Xbox Wireless Controller.

The new controller designs are the Dawn Shadow Special Edition, which comes in a metallic magenta that fades into a matte black finish, and an Xbox Wireless Controller in blue — which is a “fan-favourite colour from the Xbox Design Lab.” The controllers will have the new streamlined design similar to the controller launched alongside the Xbox One S, and will have a textured grip for enhanced comfort and Bluetooth technology for gaming on Windows 10 PCs, laptops, and tablets.

The Dawn Shadow Special Edition controller will be making its way to a handful of regions (U.S., Canada, U.K. etc) on October 4, while the blue controller will be launching in “select” regions from September 27. No Australian pricing has been announced yet.

The Xbox Stereo Headset – Special Edition, a lightweight headset that allows you to chat to friends on Xbox Live and listen to game audio, will also be making its way to stores in late October. No Aussie pricing has been announced as of yet, either.

Finally, the black Xbox Wireless Controller will be updated to include the new controller features that were announced at this year’s E3. This will include controllers in PC controller bundles with the Xbox Wireless Adaptor for Windows and with the USB Charging Cable. The updated controller will be arriving in stores worldwide in September and October.
