Rockstar Games announces Red Dead Redemption 2 – coming 2017

With a reveal that almost broke the internet, Red Dead Redemption 2 has been confirmed by Rockstar Games coming Spring 2017.

“Developed by the creators of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption, Red Dead Redemption 2 is an epic tale of life in America’s unforgiving heartland. The game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multiplayer experience.”

The main reveal image looks to be John Marston and his old gang which could potentially point towards the game being set before the original game. The main website has also showcased both the Xbox One and PS4 logos which could also mean the game is not going to launch on PC – maybe at a later date but it’s also worth mentioning the first game didn’t come out on PC. Hopefully Rockstar releases a double pack or something for PC fans.

A trailer has also been scheduled to drop on 2AM AEDT Sydney Time this Friday 21st October. Get those alarms set early!
