Razer has released their brand new controller designed for esports: the Razer Raiju for the PlayStation 4.

The tournament-grade controller built in partnership with Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe and esports athletes delivers the performance you need for pro gaming. The Razer Raiju features hyperesponse bumpers, triggers and hyperesponse mechanical buttons for faster and accurate control. On the bottom of the controller, you’ll find a quick control panel allowing you to easily switch between profiles and game audio.

The selling point of the Razer Raiju just like the Xbox One Razer Wildcat is the ability to map buttons to the triggers on the bottom of the controller. This method allows you quick accessbility the the action buttons without removing your thumbs from the stick minimising delay and response. We’ve previously reviewed the Wildcat which is pretty much identical to the Razer Raiju here.

The Razer Raiju PS4 controller is available now from JB Hi-Fi for $229 here.
