Twitch to sell games with revenue sharing with streamers

5% cut going to streamers who opt into the program

Twitch, the major streaming/gaming platform has announced Games Commerce – a service coming soon that allows viewers to purchase pc games directly from the website.

The announcement reveals that games purchased through the streamer’s broadcast gives a portion (5%) back to the streamer giving them another incentive thru the company’s service. It’s also revealed publishers such as Hi-Rez Studios and Ubisoft are already on board with the new program.

Twitch has always been the best place to watch, share, and play games. Soon, it will be the best place to sell your games as well.
