Treyarch and Activision have revealed a new zombie mode for Black Ops 3 during San Diego Comic Con named “Shadows of Evil”, launching with the game come November 6. The popular co-op survival game mode from previous Treyarch titles is returning to the newest instalment with an all new setting, cast of characters and enemies.
You’ll play as one of four characters; The Magician, The Femme-Fatale, The Cop and The Boxer as you navigate a world engineered by an enemy called The Shadow Man, played by Robert Picardo. He isn’t the only big name to feature in game, with Jeff Goldblum, Heather Graham, Neil McDonough and Ron Perlman performing respectively as the four player characters in both likeness and voice.
The new scenario takes place in the 1940’s with a very noir feel, almost channelling Bioshock with it’s mix of vibrant lights, music and horrific enemies. While we don’t know much about the story, it’s said to have a deep story at the heart of all the action, something we’ve seen more and more as the zombie scenarios have developed.Call of Duty Black Ops 3 releases November 6 for Playstation 3 & 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. It also has a huge ‘Juggernog’ Collectors Edition, which you can check out here.
