With the release of Tekken 7 around the corner, Twitch and Bandai Namco has teamed up to announce the Tekken World Tour with $200,000 worth of prize money. The partnership will see Twitch managing the league operations, circuit events, and content on a global scale.

The tour kicks off on June 16-18, 2017 at the CEO Fighting Game Championships and will run for six months till November 2017. It features a total prize pool of over $200,000 USD and will be broadcasted on Twitch exclusively. The Tekken World Tour will stop in Sydney, Australia on September 15-17 for OzHadou.
