Blind Squirrel Games and 2K have released a launch trailer for their upcoming remaster of the entire BioShock series, titled BioShock: The Collection.
The launch trailer, which jumps between all three games, showcases the remastering work done by Blind Squirrel Games, with each of the three entries now revitalised in full 1080p HD and “up to 60 frames-per-second.”
The collection also comes with an all-new Director’s Commentary video series, titled “Imagining BioShock.”
BioShock: The Collection includes BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite and all of the games’ single-player DLC on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. For PC players, the remasters of BioShock and BioShock 2 will be upgraded for free through Steam from September 15 starting at 11pm BST — BioShock Infinite is not included as part of the upgrade, considering it was already running at 1080p/60fps when it launched back in 2013 on PC.
BioShock: The Collection will launch in Australia on Thursday, the 15th of September, on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for an RRP of $99.95.
