During the PlayStation Meeting 2016, a bunch of new peripherals was revealed during the event such as the new DualShock 4 controller, new PlayStation Camera and more. The new peripherals except the DualShock 4 will be available from September 16th, 2016. Here’s the line-up:

Wireless DualShock 4 Controller

A new DualShock 4 was revealed at the event which features a light bar emitting from the touch pad. This provides gamers with visual information, such as which character they control or health status, at a glance for more intuitive gameplay.

The new DualShock 4 costs $89.95 AUD and will be available in black, red and blue.

New PlayStation Camera

A new re-designed version of the PlayStation Camera has also been revealed which even compact and supports the PS VR. It also includes an adjustable stand which you can mount on your TV or standalone. The new PS Camera will cost $89.95 AUD.

Platinum Wireless Headset

A new ‘high-end’ headset for the PlayStation 4 was revealed which features 7.1 virtual surround sound powered by SIE’s proprietary 3D audio technology. A selection of PlayStation 4 games will support the 3D audio technology which delivers surround sound from all directions, including above and below you, for more immersive experiences. The headset also features hidden noise-cancelling microphones for chat and compatible with the PSVR.

The Platinum Wireless Headset will cost you $299 AUD.

Vertical Stand

Specially designed for the new PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro, the new Vertical Stand is translucent to resemble ‘a shadow’ as stated by PlayStation. We dig the neat design which is great for those wanting to set up the system vertically.

The new vertical stand will cost $27.95 AUD.
