The first two out of three teams attending IEM Sydney 2018 from the Oceania qualifiers have been decided. Both the Chiefs Esports Club and Grayhounds have secured their spots at the upcoming IEM Sydney 2018.

After acquiring Mike ‘apoc’ Aliferis from the Tainted Mind’s bench since Liam ‘malta’ Schembri departure, Chiefs Esports Club delivered a stellar 2-0 victory against ORDER. In the other match-up, Grayhounds secured their spot by defeating Legacy Esports 2-0 sending them to the lower bracket.

The last Oceania spot for IEM Sydney 2018 will be decided in the lower brackets with 4 teams remaining. Legacy will have to take on Corvidae with ORDER looking to face off against Tainted Minds. The winners from these matches will then compete for the final spot.

With the other spots, Singaporean team, B.O.O.T-d[S] secured the last Asian spot at IEM Sydney 2018 with Turkey team, Space Soldiers booking the final EU spot at the GG:Origin tournament.
