SpeedRunners, a competitive 4 player platformer has announced they’ve passed $3.25 million in sales and is becoming an official ESL Gaming eSport.
The developers tinyBuild has been pushing the game in the competitive scene for the last year and has now signed up in the ESL eSport gaming roster alongside titles like Counter-Strike: Go and League of Legends.
“SpeedRunners as an eSport just makes sense, and the velocity at which our community has rallied behind this important next step for the game has been incredible,” said tinyBuild CEO Alex Nichiporchik. “Our pro players can’t wait to get involved.”
