Prepare yourselves, Grand Theft Auto V for the current-gen consoles has a release date, and that date is November 18. Alongside this, GTA V will also be releasing on PC on the 27th of January next year.
Rockstar has detailed the neat bonus if you preorder the game, which will grant you a nice amount of money to spend in game – “all players who pre-order the game will get $1,000,000 in-game bonus cash to spend across GTA V and GTA Online (500K in each mode)”.
As well as this, they’ve also said that “a host of new, exclusive content also awaits for players returning from the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions including rare versions of classic vehicles to collect from across the Grand Theft Auto series such as the Dukes, the Dodo Seaplane and a faster, more manoeuvrable Blimp; activities including wildlife photography and new shooting range challenges, new weapons and more.”
Furthermore, GTA Online for the new consoles and PC has also been detailed – “enhancements to GTA Online include an increased player count, with online play now up to 30 players on PS4 and Xbox One. All existing gameplay upgrades and Rockstar-created content released since the launch of GTA Online will also be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC with much more to come.”
And don’t write this off as just an up-res remaster, as Rockstar have also detailed some of the new features that comes with the new version of the game which includes new weapons, vehicles and activities, additional wildlife, denser traffic, a new foliage system and enhanced damage and weather effects amongst many other things.
