Blizzard has announced that Ana is now playable on PC.

Blizzard has revealed a new hero for Overwatch called Ana Amari. An Egyptian bounty hunter, Ana is a support character with a sniper rifle able to deal damage at a distance while protecting her teammates.
Her main weapon, the Biotic Rifle can restore health to her allies from a distance while deal ongoing damage to her enemies. She also can render enemies unconscious with her side arm that fires sleeping darts. Her Biotic Grenade works just like the rifle allowing her to deal damage in an area or heal.
As a support, Ana’s ultimate is the Nano Boost allowing one of her allies to temporarily move faster, deal more damage and take less damage from enemies.
