After some speculation of a June release, Ubisoft has finally unleashed a new trailer showing in-game footage and a release date. Hooray. It’s been noted that the development team were unhappy with the final product when it was due for launch in November last year.
“We are pleased to be able to reveal to gamers all over the world the new release date for Watch Dogs,” said Geoffroy Sardin, EMEA Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Ubisoft. “We are extremely confident that the additional time we afforded the dev team to refine and polish the game will be more than worth the wait.”
Watch Dogs is now due for release May 27th 2014 on Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. The Wii U version will release at a later date. Are you guys ready to hack the city?
