E-Line Media today announced that Never Alone is receiving its first major Expansion titled Never Alone: Foxtales. Spring has come to the Arctic in a new story developed in partnership with the Alaskan Native community.
The expansion once again centres around Nuna and Fox who, after climbing aboard their sealskin canoe, find themselves in the waters, coasts and rivers of Northwest Alaska. On top of new levels, environments and puzzles, Foxtales contains new Cultural Insight videos that include the family of Willie Panik Goodwin, Sr., whose telling of “The Two Coastal Brothers” inspired the game.
The release of Never Alone on Playstation 3 and Vita was also announced in the Playstation Blog post, scheduled for launch sometime in August. The base game is available on Playstation 4 right now, with the Foxtales expansion scheduled for release on PS4, Xbox One and PC on June 28.
