Remedy Entertainment confirmed today via their Remedy20 Youtube video that Quantum Break won’t be at Microsoft’s E3 press conference this year – just like last year. Instead, the game will be showcased at Gamescom in August with a slew of new gameplay footage and (hopefully) a release window announcement as well.
Remedy will be celebrating 20 years in the industry later this year, and the video goes on to invite fans to celebrate with them by entering a competition that, if successful, will see one lucky winner (and their plus one) jet over to Remedy HQ in Finland to celebrate a significant milestone with the developer.
Remedy Entertainment’s Quantum Break is scheduled for a 2016 release and will be exclusive to Xbox One.
