Razer the hardware peripherals company is gradually taking steps to further widen their scope and have done so with the launch of Razer Music.
Launching with top artists and producers like DeadMau5, Razer Music aims to provide aspiring music creators a portal to discover tips and tricks from the industry plus access to digital samples. Razer has also announced that all new Razer Blade and Blade Pro laptop owners will get a free copy of FL Studio 12 Producer Edition so you can learn how to drop sick beats.
Razer Music was formed because the company discovered artists and producers were utilizing the Blade as their main laptop for music production. Many of these artists and producers were gamers as well which started the initiative to create this portal.
“Artists and DJs from all over the world have connected with me to discuss producing on the Razer Blade,” says Min-Liang Tan, Razer co-founder and CEO. “The power and portable form factor of our systems offers artists the performance they need, whether in the studio, on the road or onstage.”
