Announced at the Windows 10 media briefing, the Xbox App will be coming to the Windows 10 platform. It will offer similar features to the console version such as the Activity Feed, Achievements and Friends.
Also revealed was Game Streaming, where players can stream their ‘supported’ Xbox One games through the home network to your Windows 10 PC or Tablet. Most Xbox One accessories will work interchangeably as well. So if you want to play Halo on ‘PC’ (via Xbox One) – you can! (if it’s supported)
Other cool things revealed was Game DVR. Throw away your capture devices as Windows 10 allows you to capture, edit and share your gaming moments straight from the Operating System. It works similar to the Xbox One counterpart.
Windows 10 will be free to upgrade to if you’re running devices with Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Phone.
