Supermassive Games, the developers behind Until Dawn and the upcoming Until Dawn: Rush of Blood and Tumble VR games for the PSVR has come out saying they’re not working on a sequel for Until Dawn.

Director Pete Samuels told Games Industry in an interview that “There’s a lot of speculation about what we’re doing and what we’re working on right now. We’re not working on Until Dawn 2 at the moment. We’re working on other things.”

Supermassive Games has also expressed that they’re going multi-platform but are not leaving Sony behind:

“We have such a great relationship with Sony. We want to continue to work with Sony, and we are continuing to work with Sony on lots of things. There’s no concern or resentment or any bad feeling. They’re a really important publisher for us, and I hope and expect that they’ll continue to be that.”

So it seems we won’t see a sequel for a while (Rush of Blood will have to do) but we’re still keen to see what Supermassive Games brings us in the future. You can check out our Until Dawn review here.
