Series 1: Legacy Esports def. JAM Gaming
Result: 3-1
JAM Gaming came into this match looking to finally grab some wins in the League Play rounds of the OCE Championship, and all looked to be going well after a solid 5-3 win in Game 1 against Legacy. However, the latter — who are one of the favourites to clinch second spot on the ladder — rallied themselves especially well, coming back to win three games in a row. They were just too good for JAM in the end.
Results:
Game 1: 5-3 to JAM Gaming
Game 2: 4-1 to Legacy Esports
Game 3: 3-0 to Legacy Esports
Game 4: 3-2 to Legacy Esports

Series 2: JAM Gaming def. Legs Are Silly
Result: 3-1
After a disappointing game against Legacy JAM Gaming finally managed to grab a win, and a convincing one at that. Much like the series prior, the team that ended up losing the series won the first game, with JAM then coming back to push Legs Are Silly against their backboard consistently. They capitalised on some great pressure and won three games in a row to finally grab a second win in the League Play stages of the OCE Championship.
Results:
Game 1: 1-0 to Legs Are Silly
Game 2: 2-1 to JAM Gaming
Game 3: 3-0 to JAM Gaming
Game 4: 3-2 to JAM Gaming
Series 3: Chiefs ESC def. Legs Are Silly
Result: 3-0
Chiefs ESC came into this match undefeated across any of the four series they’d played so far in the League Play stages, and they continued on a roll that saw them dominate Legs Are Silly throughout. It was a close one in Game 1, though Chiefs showed their skill in the games thereafter, scoring five goals a piece in both Game 2 and 3.
Results:
Game 1: 3-2 to Chiefs ESC
Game 2: 5-0 to Chiefs ESC
Game 3: 5-1 to Chiefs ESC

Series 4: Chiefs ESC def. Retirement Home
Result: 3-0
Another clean sweep for Chiefs, with a bit more dominance to go with it. Once again, Jake, Torsos, and Drippay were clinical when it mattered here, claiming all three games with relative ease against Retirement Home, who couldn’t cope with the Chiefs’ passing play. That’s another two clean sweeps to add to the locker for Chiefs, as they look to cement their space in the RLCS finals overseas.
Results:
Game 1: 3-1 to Chiefs ESC
Game 2: 5-0 to Chiefs ESC
Game 3: 4-0 to Chiefs ESC
Series 5: Retirement Home def. Love Decks
Result: 3-0
While they were clinically decimated against Chiefs in the game prior, Retirement Home gathered themselves noticeably well and claimed a huge 3-0 clean sweep against Love Decks. Game 1 was a close contest, with just a single goal deciding it in the end, though Game 2 & 3 were decided by a two goal margin. Love Decks will be disappointed here, considering a win in this series would have allowed them to keep a solid hold on a top six spot on the ladder. They now find themselves at seventh, with a lot to do next weekend.
Results:
Game 1: 1-0 to Retirement Home
Game 2: 5-3 to Retirement Home
Game 3: 4-2 to Retirement Home
[#RL] #RetirementHome continue to run away with the series with an awkward but effective three-man pass play. @ellusiveRL‘s top corner finish just the cherry on top.

Series 6: Tainted Minds def. Dark Sided
Result: 3-2
One goal separated these two in three consecutive games, as Tainted Minds managed to claim victory against Dark Sided. In what was arguably the series of the day — with ramifications at the top of the ladder — both sides played extremely well, attempting to cut off play from one another and establish dominance early. It looked like Dark Sided were the ones to do it, winning the first game in convincing fashion, yet a quick-fire resurgence from Tainted Minds in Game 2 & 3 put them up 2-1 on the day. A 2-1 win in Game 4 from Dark Sided tied it back up at 2-2 a piece, only for Tainted Minds to blow their opponents out of the water in the final game. A huge match here, and a great showcase of Tainted Minds at their best.
Results:
Game 1: 4-1 to Dark Sided
Game 2: 2-1 to Tainted Minds
Game 3: 2-1 to Tainted Minds
Game 4: 2-1 to Dark Sided
Game 5: 5-2 to Tainted Minds

Final Thoughts
While there’s been minimal movement in terms of the table, next weekend’s matches are going to play a huge, huge role in where most of the sides finish at the end of OCE Championship League Play. Chiefs are now confirmed to finish in the top two, but as to who accompanies them we’ll have to wait and see!
