No one was expecting Tokyo Ghoul to return this early as a few outlets including Madman’s AnimeLab streaming service confirming Season 2 in January.
Anime News Network has reported “the second anime season based on Sui Ishida’s ‘Tokyo Ghoul’ manga will premiere on January 8 on Tokyo MX.”
Tokyo Ghoul follows a young ordinary boy named Kaneki whose life was changed after he was turned into a human devouring ghoul. You can watch all of Season 1 on AnimeLab now.
