Wargaming has been busy bringing history back to life again. Today, the company revealed has revealed it’s been working on restoring an iconic Soviet tank – the Stalwart KV-1.

Back in 2015, fragments of the KV-1 was found and salvaged from a bog in the Vitebsk region in Belarus. The company then started a project to bring back the KV-1 to life which was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Zinoviy Kolobanov and his crew that took out 22 German tanks back in WW2.

The tank now resides in the Historical and Cultural Complex “Stalin Line” museum and will take part in re-enactments. If you’re interested in the project and how Wargaming brought back the tank to life, you can watch it below:
