Blizzard has announced the World of Warcraft sub base has surpassed over 10 million subs following the release of the fifth expanion – Warlords of Draenor.
Also announced, the expansion achieved a day one sell-through of more than 3.3M copies compared to the previous expansion Mist of Pandaria at 2.7M.
“We’re thrilled that so many players jumped in to play Warlords of Draenor on day one and are having a great time with the new content,” said Mike Morhaime, CEO and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment.
